現為心理輔導及職涯諮詢自由工作者。擁有近二十年的學校教育和輔導工作經驗(專長輔導自閉譜系症兒童及青少年)及十年照顧腦退化症媽媽的經驗，曾擔任會計文員、會計師助理、企業業務行政、小學教學助理、中、小學教師、小學SEN學生支援老師、中學學校輔導員及教育局學生輔導主任。擁有香港城市大學輔導學社會科學碩士(優異)及語文學(語言學)文學碩士、香港教育大學學位教師教育文憑(中學)及英國赫爾大學會計學科學(榮譽)學士。

現在的工作是走進別人的心靈，聆聽別人和陪伴別人一起面對生活上的難題，同時一起進行自我探索和自我發現, 進深地認識自己，最終找回自己獨特的"內在力量和存在價值"，與他們一起學習和成長。主要服務擁有不同障礙的人及其家庭，如讀寫障礙、專注力失調/過度活躍、自閉譜系症、言語障礙、智能障礙、情緒及行為問題(包括自殺、自傷和暴力)、抑鬱症、焦慮症、強迫症、躁鬱症、創傷後壓力症、飲食失調和藥物濫用等。

With nearly 20 years working experiences in education and counselling work, mainly serving individuals with Dyslexia, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Speech and Language Impairment, Limited or Borderline Intelligence, Eating Problem and Mood disorder (Depression, Anxiety, Panic, Social Phobia, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, PTSD etc.).

I have served as a Volunteer Counsellor for over 10 years at various non-profit organizations, mainly serving students, mentally ill persons, drug abusers, teenagers with ASD and their families and traumatized children , and a primary caregiver for my mother with dementia for 10 years and as an Industrial Mentor and a Volunteer Career Development Facilitator in CUHK in recent 6 years.

Now I am a freelance Psychological Counsellor, a Volunteer of JUSTONE 24-hr emotional support and mental health consultation hotline for people in recovery in Richmond Fellowship of HK and a Career Development Facilitator and Instructor.
